Your credit card is only required by Loobalee.com to collect payment for Seller Account fees, as described in our Terms of Use or for purchase of products and information available directly from Loobalee.com, such as special offer downloads. To prevent unauthorized credit card access, we a Authorize.net, a third party PCI Compliant service to store and maintain all customer credit card data. Credit card data is not stored on LoobaLee and is not accessible by any LoobaLee employee or contractor.

We may also collect information that customers provide to Loobalee.com about other customers. This occurs when a customer enters a friend’s e-mail address to enable the forwarding of selected information. We use the information provided only to forward the specified information. Those customers will need to voluntarily elect to be in our customer database to receive future, additional e-mails and information from Loobalee.com. This information is not shared with outside parties.

Customers may review or update the personal information that we collect online and maintain it at any time by visiting their Loobalee.com membership account and profile.

How to Remove My Information from LoobaLee Mailing Lists

If a Member prefers not to receive information from LoobaLee.com through Email and autoresponders, please edit the "Receive LoobaLee Email" option on your Member Account. Visitors who have signed up for our newsletter may follow the Unsubscribe option at the bottom of each Email to be removed from our list.

Please also note that we send transaction-related Emails when Buyers ask Sellers questions about listings, when purchases are made, and when other events occur in our Site. Opting out of mailing lists does not preclude these necessary communications when you use our services.
