Returns & Refunds (Refund Policy)
Our Return process is 4 simple steps. You will be notified via email as a requested return progresses through each step. Or, you can access this page at any time to monitor your request on-line.

Visitors
As a Visitor, you can refer back to this web page and follow the steps below while your Return & Refund request is in progress.

You will need your original Order Number and Item Number for the purchase you wish to return, your Email address, and the Return Authorization Request number that will be Emailed to you after you complete Step 1 below.
 
  Step 1: Request a Return Authorization Go to Page
- Enter Purchase Order Number & Email
- On the form, enter Return Reason Code and Comments; Upload Images
 
  Step 2: Monitor Your Return Request for Approval Go to Page
- Enter Return Authorization Number & Email
 
  Step 3: Return Your Item(s)
- If your return is Approved, you will ship your items back to the Seller or to LoobaLee Customer Care per instructions provided.
 
  Step 4: Request Your Refund Go to Page
- Enter Return Authorization Number & Email
- On the form, enter USPS Delivery Confirmation Number 
 
LoobaLee Members
All of your orders and any return requests are tracked in My Loobalee. My Store under the ‘Purchases’ left menu option. As a Member, you won’t need to remember your order or return authorization numbers to process a Return -- we’ll track it all for you!
 
  Step 1: Request a Return Authorization
- Go to: My LoobaLee > My Store > Purchases > Orders
- Select "Request A Return" from 'Action' column - On the form, enter Return Reason Code and Comments; Upload Images
 
  Step 2: Monitor Your Return Request for Approval
- Go to: My LoobaLee > My Store > Purchases > Returns
- Follow instructional links in 'Action' Column
 
  Step 3: Return Your Item(s)
- If your return is Approved, you will ship your items back to the Seller or to LoobaLee Customer Care per instructions provided.
 
  Step 4: Request Your Refund
- Go to: My LoobaLee > My Store > Purchases > Returns
- Follow instructional links in 'Action' column
- On the form, enter USPS Delivery Confirmation Number
