What is Private Beta?
LoobaLee.com is going live in “Private Beta” mode. This is an important phase in bringing our new platform and service to life. In this phase, we will open up a consumer-accessible web site to a controlled and increasing number of interested users.
As such, our quantity of listings and sales activity will increase as we progress along and invite more and more users.
Why launch in Private Beta?
Launching in a Private Beta mode allows us to raise awareness of the site, gather feedback from our private beta users, and fix any system bugs or issues that may arise prior to a full public launch.
As a Private Beta user, we only ask that you share your feedback with us on how to improve the site, communicate any problems you encounter, and be patient with us as we fix and improve. Should you experience any significant issues, we will be at-the-ready to resolve them.
How do you get in?
The nature of such a private beta means that access to the site requires a unique code. By selecting the “Request a Code” button (above, below, or on the left sidebar) you will be directed to our request form.
The sooner you make your request, the sooner you will be given access, as requests will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your request comes to the top of the list, you will be emailed your unique access code and further instructions.
Why join?
After you receive a code, you will be able to set up a LoobaLee account, and be able to buy and sell on the site and try it out before it goes live to the public.
Throughout private beta and before we launch publicly, you will be able to LIST FOR FREE.
- Our normal flat-rate listing fee of $0.33 will be waived to encourage users to list in high quantity and help us grow our inventory of items for sale.
- And, our normal 3 month listing period will be extended to 6 months for Private Beta users. This will ensure your item gets plenty of public attention if it doesn’t sell in Private Beta mode.

One of our main goals of launching in a controlled, private manner is to get YOUR feedback! LoobaLee offers a NEW way to buy and sell children’s clothing on-line.
The inspiration for building LoobaLee was to counteract some of the frustrations of our own experiences buying and selling on-line in the past. And, we wanted to create a service for all busy Moms out that that is uniquely customized and focused on buying and selling children’s designer clothing.
We’ve gone to great lengths to eliminate many of the hassles we’ve all experienced in the past via auction and group sites — namely:
- lack of authentic search results
- non-paying buyers
- feedback angst
- exorbitant or surprise shipping rates
- lack of facilitated buyer/seller complaints and returns
