Season Transition is in full swing. All the merchants now have new Spring merchandise on-line and in stores. Gosh — it’s hard to look at those bathing suits right now! We’re still only 1/2 way through winter. Seasonal transition and overlap sales are the best time to buy previous season merchandise and offers enticing deals at 20-30% off the next season.
