Happy Thanksgiving! It’s Black Friday weekend!

While clothing is the last thing on my kid’s Christmas lists and I’m assuming yours’ too, the children’s apparel retailers take as much advantage of the Black Friday shopping frenzy as the other retailers.

Most have a Black Friday ad, and some continue through Cyber Monday, Dec. 1, or Tuesday, Dec. 2.

In general, most stores are offering an additional % off discount. If you shop, use the discount on Sale Items, and make it your mission to try to get 60, 70, 80% (or possibly even more!). This will optimize your resale options later. The discounts are in the range of an extra 25 – 40% off, and regularly priced merchandise will soon be on sale at these discounts anyway.

Thanksgiving and Black Friday Sales

77 Kids
- No Black Friday Specials. We are curiously and (im)patiently awaiting the first-ever sales at 77 Kids.

- No Black Friday Specials.

- TIP: If you love Hanna Andersson, it pays to watch the sight on Sundays and Mondays. Sales are often loaded and/or announced on-line before emails are distributed on Tuesdays.
- TIP: Have favorites from last season? They are possibly still available on the website, even if they don’t display. Just type in the catalog SKU’s to search.
Janie and Jack

- More winter items added to the sale. If the sizes are right, you could get lucky and outfit your children in winter apparel head-to-tow –totally on sale.
- TIP: Watch for the Thursday Morning Markdown – there is occasionally a great deal for kids.
