Do Something With Those “Can’t Part With” Baby Clothes

by Loobalee on June 11, 2008

Your kids are probably growing faster than you can dress them, so you’re undoubtedly accumulating lots in storage (plastic storage bins being the favorite of most Mom’s I know!).   Most you will be able to sell, loan, or donate.  But, for items that you simply can’t part with, Jeri’s Organizing & Decluttering News has a great post on some creative things you can do with outgrown baby clothes:

Children’s clothing can be so darling – and of course many items bring back wonderful memories.

One mother who couldn’t bear to part with the clothes she made for her little girl is planning to hang them on cute hangers and using them as room decorations.

And you can also have those children’s clothes turned into a quilt; you can either make the quilt yourself or send off the clothes and have it made for you.

If you have any other creative ideas for outgrown baby clothes, we’d love to hear about them in the comments below.
