| How do I pay for my purchases? |
We interface with PayPal for payment, but you do NOT need a PayPal account to check out. You may pay by credit card. |
| Do you combine shipping? |
Yes. Our checkout is just like retail shopping. Shipping will automatically be combined for your items as you check out with each Seller. |
| Is it safe & secure? |
Yes. We don't store or collect any payment data on LoobaLee. And, your personal address information is safe behind our SSL (Secure Socket Layer), monitored daily. |
| Can I ask a question and contact a Seller? |
Yes. You can ask questions to sellers prior to making a purchase. And, after you make a purchase, you'll be able to message Sellers through LoobaLee. We don't give away buyer & seller email addresses. |
| Can I return an item? |
We off our sellers the use of a standard return policy, which allows for return if items were grossly misrepresented in their listing. If a seller does not use our standard return policy, you will need to read their terms and ask questions prior to purchase. |
| How does the cart work? |
If you're a Visitor on LoobaLee, when you add an item to your cart we'll hold it exclusively for you for 30 minutes. If your a member on LoobaLee, we'll hold your cart for 3 hours. |
| Can I give Sellers feedback? |
Yes. You can rate the purchase and leave comments. It's greatly appreciated by Sellers when you do, but we won't hound you. |
| Can I trust the Sellers here? |
We make every attempt to moderate a high integrity service, and offer the most trustworthy marketplace available. All sellers (and buyers) are asked to abide by our "Integresale" Community Code. We always advise you review a Seller's feedback, too. |

| What is the listing period? |
30 days. If you optionally clearance your listing, it will stay up for an additional 3 weeks and automatically decrease in price 15% per week (e.g. 15%, 30%, 45% off) |
| What happens when my listings expire? |
They are saved in your inventory for up to 1 year. You can relist any time. When you relist, you can "quick relist" in 1 click, or modify your listing. |
| Can I use stock photos? |
| Only if you own them and your item is new with tags. It is illegal to use stock photos from brands without their permission. Additionally, we notice buyers prefer actual photos of the item being sold. |

| Will I need a template to make my listing look good? |
No. Just select from our menu and fill in the blanks. We'll do the rest of the work. Even written product descriptions are optional. For buyers, all listings on LoobaLee look the same. |
| Can I list anything I want? |
Currently, you can list children’s clothing, footwear, and accessories We have over 1,000 qualified brands on our menus. Lower quality brands that do not hold Their resale value well and may not justify shipping overhead are not on our menus. |
| Can I import my listings from eBay? |
No, currently we don't have an import feature. However, we have a "list similar" feature that makes it easy to copy listings for posting similar items. |
| Do I need to include my own returns & exchange terms in each listing? |
No, to make it easy we encourage you to use our Standard Return Policy, which was defined by a focus group of Mom buyers and sellers, and most fairly represents both. You can optionally define your own terms on a listing if this policy doesn't meet your needs. |
| How does shipping work? |
The buyer pays for shipping per the 'weight class' you enter on your listing. The weight class is simply a designation for the packaged weight of your items. It's our policy that you use actual weight or less on your listings. Shipping charges are calculated via USPS at checkout based on the buyer's ZIP code. The lowest shipping rate is selected. A single Delivery Confirmation charge is included on each order. |
| Can I offer free shipping? |
Yes, you can offer free shipping on your listings by selecting a 'weight class' of zero. |
| How does Feedback work? |
We were the first to implement a 4 point feedback system that allows buyers to give you "positive" feedback (3) and "exceptional" feedback (4). Buyers can leave comments as well. As a seller, you have the opportunity to comment on all buyer feedback, which is visible to future buyers. |
| Can shipping be combined for multiple-item orders? |
Yes, our checkout is much like retail shopping. Once the buyer's cart is full and they begin the checkout process, we automatically sum the individual 'weight classes' for each item and combine them for a shipping charge. |
| How do buyers pay? |
Via Paypal. You need a PayPal account to sell on LoobaLee. Buyers do not PayPal accounts to make purchases, however to accept payments from these buyers, your PayPal account must accept credit cards. |
| What if a buyer makes a purchase and abandons payment? |
If a buyer does not pay within 30 minutes of making a purchase, the transaction is cancelled in both LoobaLee and PayPal, and your listing is automatically re-posted. You won't be notified of an order unless payment occurs. |
